Excelente hotel, buena atencion por parte de la recepcionista y los trabajadores del hotel. Por la mañana el desayuno muy rico, sobretodo el cafe. Las habitaciones muy limpias y con agua caliente, solo que son algo reducidas pero de ahi en mas la habitacion tiene lo necesario, eso si, no hay ruido por la noche, Es un hotel bourtique, entonces es demasiado tranquilo y para llegar solo a descansar es excelente. 100% Recomendados para los que se hospedan en Zamora ya se de negocios o en familia, a parte la ubicación que esta en el mero centro.

Un hotel muy bueno, súper céntrico queda cerca un Oxxo, comida por si les gana la noche, está barato y las habitaciones tienen un toque victoriano muy lindo, el baño muy moderno y limpio, la recepción siempre fue muy atenta con nosotros hasta plancha nos prestaron para unas camisas, nos ofrecieron agua caliente y dejaron una mesa con café, azúcar y demás para consumir sin problema, no vimos nada de plagas oh insectos, la verdad me encantó que las habitaciones tienen pantalla grande con cuenta de Netflix y muy buen internet, todo perfecto, el único detalle que encontré fue queeee entre las 3-4 am nos despertamos por sueños raros y feos, platicando sobre lo raro que se sentía el ambiente notamos que el candelabro que colgaba del techo comenzó a moverse sabiendo que no había corrientes de aire ni nada que pudiera moverlo, ya que es muy pesado!! Quedó como anécdota del susto solamente.
La habitación es excelente, solo que hay mucho mosco TV de buen tamaño Baños remodelados y súper limpios Camas un poco firmes pero bien Precio excelente $730 habitación doble. No puse las 5 estrellas porque los moscos no dejaron dormir
